A Morning Prayer
So far today God, I have done all right.
I haven’t gossiped and I haven’t lost my temper. I haven’t been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or over-indulgent. And I haven’t told anyone to mind his/her own business and stay out of mine. I’m really glad about that!
But in a few minutes, God, I’m going to get out of bed; and from them on I’m probably going to need a lot of help.
